School Legal Eligibility Requirements

The Alabama Department of Revenue is responsible for the initial approval of non-public schools to receive scholarship funds distributed under the authority of the Alabama Accountability Act, and can apply for qualifying status by filling out this form and following the applications process outlined at the back of the document:

Participating schools must maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, some of which are unique to the Alabama Accountability Act. They will also be required to provide documentation and assurances to Rocket City SGO to enable us to fulfill our legal requirements.
